Float must be registered in order to be in the parade.

Float may be viewed on the week of June 2th - 6th. This will be a committee member dealing with inspection and judging.
The actual JUDGING OF FLOATS will take place at parade line-up on June 7th, between 9 - 10 am.
JUDGING FORMAT: Theme of float “Remember Your Year” clearly incorporated and executed. IDENTITY: visual display of School Name, Class Year and Title of Float. CONSTRUCTION: workmanship, use of different and clever materials. Creativity and Originality. Animation – Music – and Special Effects. Overall Beauty and Charisma permeated by float and or characters. Dimensions – STRICT COMPLIANCE – No Float to exceed 13’ 6” in height or exceed 9’ in width. Float height will be measured at the time of judging. If a float is found to be in excess of 13’6” and 9’, float personnel must demonstrate their ability to collapse float in less than one minute and reassemble float in less that one minute. If any float cannot meet this criteria, it will not be permitted to participate in the parade.
THE PARADE IS GOING TO START AT STEVENS HIGH SCHOOL, GO SOUTH ON BROAD STREET TO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL, WEST ON SOUTH STREET TO PLEASANT STREET, NORTH ON PLEASANT STREET TO OPERA HOUSE SQ., RIGHT ONTO BROAD STREET AND BACK TO STEVENS HIGH SCHOOL.
Lineup time on Broad Street - from Stevens High School going SOUTH ON BROAD STREET. Starting at 8am. Parade start time is 10:30 AM SHARP.
