Alan R. Burrows, 64 of Claremont, NH took great pride in gardening, yard work, fixing things around the house, and most of all, the great love he had for his small family, lost his battle to Stage IV lung cancer Wednesday, March, 17, 2021 at home. He was born in Rhode Island to Shirley M. (Young) Burrows and the late Richard D. Burrows of Holliston, MA. He was the beloved husband of 32 years to Roseann (Jones) Burrows. He grew up in Holliston and attended Holliston schools. A Veteran of the Vietnam Era serving in the U.S. Army, he was a member of the Holliston Legion Post 47 for 32 years. He worked for many years as a lead and asbestosis supervisor at Eagle Environmental. He enjoyed listening to country western, blue grass, classic rock and looked forward to reading his newspaper every day. He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Lucciano and her husband, Michael Lucciano, his granddaughter, Brianna Mooers, his niece Laurie Jones, and two brothers.
