Andy Gersberg died unexpectedly on Monday, December 8, 2025, at his home.

Andy was born on July 20, 1962, in Wichita Falls, TX on an Air force base to Aaron and Maria Gersberg, joining two older brothers.

He was preceded in death by his father, mother and oldest brother, Leonard Gersberg.

Andy is leaving behind his son, Ian Gersberg, ex-wife, Amy Gersberg, brothers, Mark Gersberg, Martin Gersberg and his wife, Debbie Gonyea, and Johnny Weeden, and his stepfather, John Weeden, and many nieces and nephews and the Goss family.

Andy graduated from Stevens High School in 1980.  He did not enjoy school, but he loved baseball.  He was an impressive left-handed pitcher, until an injury ruined that.  Regardless, he played in the men's softball leagues for many years.  He could always be counted on to make it to base or bring someone home.

He went to work for J & L in Springfield until their closure.  He then spent a year working on a road construction crew.  He found a job at the Eagle Times where he became a pressman.  He worked with a great group of guys and became a licensed master printer.  He left printing for a few years and went to work at Dartmouth Healthcare as a maintenance/housekeeper. Eventually he went back to printing, until he couldn't work anymore.

Andy spent many years riding his bike everywhere he went, through all kinds of weather.  He loved flying around on it.

He also had a love for the sun.  In the summertime, he would be found laying in the sun, at home, at the beach, or at the top of a mountain.

This is truly heartbreaking. He will be missed.

Calling hours will be held at Stringer Funeral Home, Claremont, NH on December 18th from 5-6PM. A blessing from the priest will be at 6PM, with an open time for others to speak.
