Ann L. Beauman, 91, of Claremont, NH passed away at her home on November 8, 2024. She was born in Bennington, VT on September 14, 1933, the daughter of Philip and Mildred (Donovan) LaBounty.

She was a graduate of Stevens High School in the class of 1951. She married Robert C. Beauman on November 15, 1953.

Ann retired in 1988, after 22 years at Tambrands, where she was machine operator. She had previously worked for Ideal Laundry for 10 years.

She had been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Roberta (Robbin) Hood and her husband, Steven of Claremont; daughter-in-law, Jo-Ann Beauman of Newport; grandchildren, Heidi Hood of Claremont and Crystal Starkey and her husband, Robert Jr of Newport; two great grandchildren, Robert Starkey III and Tyrese Starkey; brother-in-law, Gary Beauman and his wife, Marlene of Claremont.

She was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Beauman in 2019; her son, Robert Beauman Jr; grandson, Robert Beauman III; her parents, older sister, Margaret Burns; brother, James LaBounty.

A memorial service will be held at Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Tuesday, November 19th at 11AM. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
