Ann Marie Belisle, 91, of Claremont, NH passed away peacefully on December 6, 2023, at Sullivan County Health Care in Unity.

She was born in Claremont, NH on April 10,1932 the daughter of Frederick and Eva (Betourney) Brown.  She resided in Windsor, VT until graduation and then moved to Claremont, NH and later to Charlestown, NH.

She was a graduate of Windsor High School in 1950.

For several years she drew house plans for LaValley Building Supply.  She later went to work for Walmart both in Claremont, NH and Panama City Beach, FL.

She enjoyed square dancing, round dancing, and conducted ballroom dance classes with her husband, Bill.  She also enjoyed her many excursions with friends.

The surviving family includes her son, David Belisle and his wife Karen, of Claremont; daughter, Susan Ahern, of Epson, NH, and daughter, Cynthia Obymako and her husband Gary, of Unity, NH; brother-in-law, Arthur Temple of Palm Harbor, FL; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred C. "Bill" Belisle, Jr. and her sister, Lois Temple.

At Ann's request there will be no calling hours or services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of one's choice.

Ann Marie's ashes will be spread on Green Mountains Acres with her husband Wilfred, on property that they loved, and their children grew up on.
