Anna (Ann) Glynn, 97, of Tengren Ave in Claremont, NH died peacefully in her sleep on June 14,2021 at Sullivan County Health Care.

She was born February 7, 1924, in Claremont, New Hampshire to Horace and Mildred (Beaudoin)Brown.

She attended schools in Claremont.

On March 11, 1944, she married the love of her life, the late John Glynn, whom she spent 29 wonderful years with before he passed away.

Ann lived her whole life in Claremont, raising her three children. She took such pride in being a homemaker. She loved her family so much and they meant everything to her.

She worked alongside one of her best friends (Clem Derosier) at Claremont woven label company for many years.

She was a former member of the Claremont Lioness Club.

Ann truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, talking on the phone and connecting with family and friends. Spending time with her grandchildren and her great grandchildren was her greatest joy.

She also enjoyed traveling and seeing new places. Trips to California and Florida were some of her favorites. She especially loved trips to the ocean.

Something she was proud of is being in Washington DC on January 20, 1977, for the inauguration of Jimmy Carter after months of campaigning for him.

Ann was an avid Red Sox fan and especially enjoyed watching the games with her roommate, Mary Raymond at the nursing home.

She is survived by her three loving children, Penny (Glynn) Derosier and her husband Alby, Luckie Glynn and his wife Dee, Linda (Glynn) Girard and her husband Bobby, her sister-in-law Judy Brown, 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother Ronnie and a sister Violet.

There will be no calling hours or service.
