Arthur L. Brassaw Jr. "Bones", 95, a lifelong resident of Claremont, NH passed away at home after a brief illness on Friday, December 23, 2022.

Bonsey was a proud World War II (Navy) and Korea (Air Force) Veteran. He was a member of the Claremont American Legion Post 29 and the Elks Club of Claremont.

Bonsey was well known and much loved by all who knew him. He will be dearly missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Brassaw and his daughters, Denise (Mark) Freak-Evenson of Sebastian, FL, Donna (Doug) Poelman of Knoxville, TN and Dianne Walker of Claremont, NH; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont, NH on Tuesday evening, December 27 ^th from 5 to 7 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Mary's Church in Claremont, NH on Wednesday morning, December 28 ^th at 10:00 AM with a reception to follow at the Claremont American Legion on Broad Street.  Burial will be Thursday afternoon at 2PM at the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
