Barbara Ann Woodman 88 of Claremont passed away peacefully at the Sullivan County Nursing Home where she was a resident for many years.

Barbara Ann was born October 11, 1936 in Burlington, VT to Daniel and Geraldine Scherwerts Sr.

Barbara Ann loved to socialize and play bingo.

She leaves behind her brother Thomas Scherwerts, of Maine; two children Mary Johnson and her husband Robert of Claremont, NH and Michael Hentschel of Deland, FL; three grandchildren Heather Parliman and her husband Arthur of Claremont, NH; Shawna Paquette and her husband Buddy of Claremont, NH and Kale Kolenda of Townshend, VT and two great grandchildren Rylie West and Kayleigh Kolenda both of Claremont, NH.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents and five siblings William Scherwerts, Daniel Scherwerts Jr, Lorraine Jekiel, Virginia Manning and Sandra Henault. Also, her two beloved cats Daisy and Fritz.

Barbara Ann will be remembered for her kind and loving ways.
