Bradley Merrill Weeks, 78, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 20, 1948, in Claremont, New Hampshire.

He grew up in Charlestown, New Hampshire; graduated from Charlestown High School, Class of 1966. Shortly, after graduating, he was drafted into the Navy, serving in the Vietnam War. After coming home, he managed several retail stores in New Hampshire. In 1971, Bradley married the love of his life, Evelyn. They resided in Derry, New Hampshire where they had their first child. Bradley continued to manage retail stores like Grants and Ames in both St. Albans and St. Johnsbury, Vermont. He began selling radio advertising at a local radio station in St. Albans, Vermont. He added to his family by having two more children. Bradley fell in love with radio and had the dream of owning his own radio station someday. So, he acted on that dream by buying WBFL (Bradley Broadcasting) and relocating the whole family to Bellows Falls, Vermont. Bradley felt at ease living closer to his mother in Charlestown, New Hampshire. He owned and managed the radio station but later decided to move on from radio. For a short time, he sold health insurance, worked for the Eagle Times, Ford Truck Company, and even managed the local Ace Hardware Store. Bradley was such an integral  part of the community as everyone knew him living there. He soon accepted the position of Recreation Director for the Town of Rockingham, where he contributed his own time, dedication, skills, and resources to help build a new Recreation Center for the children and people of Bellows Falls. He made strong connections and was deeply rooted within his community. He retired shortly after but remained in Bellows Falls. After his cancer diagnosis, he decided to move back to northern Vermont to be closer to family. "A Full Circle!"

Bradley is survived by his devoted wife of over 50 years, Evelyn Weeks; his three children, Kelly Bennis and her husband, Richard of Long Island, NY; Heather Detch and her husband, Michael of Williston, Vermont; Nathan Weeks and his wife, Rachel of Plymouth, New Hampshire; six cherished grandchildren, and two sisters, Ann Pearson, and her husband, Dr. Richard Pearson of Fayetteville, NY; and Nancy Pomer of Burlington, NC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Merrill and Ruth Weeks; and sister, Karen Scida.

Bradley will be remembered for his love of family and friends. He had a passion for the game of golf, playing whenever he got a chance. He was an active member of the Bellows Falls Country Club. He enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox play and celebrating his favorite football team winning the 2026 Super Bowl Championship, the Seattle Seahawks.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Bradley Weeks' memory to the Bellows Falls Recreation Department, PO Box 370 Bellows Falls, Vermont 05101.
