Caleb Pope, a bright soul who touched the hearts of many, left us far too soon at the age of 27. Born on September 29, 1995 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, Caleb's spirit and passion for life enriched the lives of those around him until his passing on August 12, 2023 from a motorcycle accident.

Caleb's enthusiasm for his firearms was a facet of his identity that he embraced wholeheartedly. He appreciated the intricate mechanics of each one he held and practiced as often as he could. Whether at a range or discussing guns with fellow enthusiasts, Caleb's knowledge and passion were evident to all.

But in recent years, Caleb's passion gravitated towards speed, excitement and the open road.  Motorcycles became more than a mode of transportation for him; they were an extension of his spirit. He was a true adrenaline seeker, finding his thrill in the rush of pushing boundaries and testing limits.

As much as Caleb cherished his hobbies, his commitment to family and friends was unparalleled. He was a beloved son to Lisa Lee (Timothy Lee) and David Pope (Lynn Dubois), a grandson to Bob and Belinda Perkins, David and Pamela Pope, Carolyn Merritt and Lucian Charbono, and Linda Lee, a nephew to Beth Perkins (Daniel McCullough) and Amy Blackhurst, a cherished sibling to Paige Pope, Tyler Dubois, Brianna Dubois, Alissa Dubois, and Sophia Lee, a committed colleague to his Biron's Flooring family and a loyal friend to countless individuals. Caleb's infectious laughter, warm smile, and genuine care for others left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Caleb's memory will forever inspire those who had the privilege of sharing in his journey.

A celebration of his life will be held from 5-7PM on Friday, August 18 at Stringers Funeral Home in Claremont, NH. This will offer as an opportunity to gather with those who loved him to remember and honor the joyful moments he brought into our lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to Sullivan County Humane Society, an organization that aligns with Caleb's love of cats and his passion for providing a warm comfortable home for them. Jinx, Nutmeg, and Chili were lucky to have a cat dad like Caleb.

While Caleb's physical presence will be immensely missed, the memories we created with him will continue to shine brightly in our hearts for eternity.
