Carol Rivet LeClair, 80, of Claremont passed away peacefully on June 30, 2024 with her loving family by her side.  She was born in Claremont on June 21, 1944 to Louis Joseph Rivet and Shirley Hart Rivet.

She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Fred Edward LeClair, and her sister Shirley Rivet LaPointe.

She is survived by her brother Louis Rivet Jr., her sons Fred Edward LeClair Jr., Lenny LeClair and his husband Timothy White, her daughters Lynn LeClair and Sherri Lane Johnson; her granddaughters Carolyn Jungferman, LeeAnn McNay and Mary Sue LeClair, grandson Nathan LeClair and four great-granddaughters.

She retired from Entenmann's Bakery Store after 15 years.  She and Fred moved back to Claremont in 2017.  Her passions were music, knitting, sudoku, and spending time with family.  A memorial service is planned for July 28th at noon at the family home.
