Carol Morton, 74, died peacefully on January 30, 2023 surrounded by family.

Carol was born on June 7, 1948 in Allentown, Pennsylvania and lived most of her childhood in New Jersey with her mom, dad and brother.

After graduating high school, Carol went on to become a registered dental assistant from the Career Academy of Medical and Dental Assistants in New York.

She loved sharing stories of her adventures in New York, but her favorite story was how she met her husband, George Morton.

They met in May and were married by July! Carol and George continued their adventures and shared more than 50 amazing years together. Carol was a loving wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and will be missed by many.

Carol was predeceased by her husband, George Morton in 2021 and brother, Albert Kitchen in 2022.

Carol is survived by her children, Melissa Hall and husband Jason Hall, Craig Morton and wife Trina Morton, son Tony Morton, son Brian Morton and wife Angela Morton, Kelly Sheridan, Kristy Morton, Glen Morton and wife Donna Morton. Grandchildren,

Justin DeGuise and wife Alicia, Darren Morton, Seth Hall, Julianna Morton, Donna Sanders and husband Z, Austin Morton, Nikolas Morton, Alexis Bent and husband Gabe, Katherine Barbour, Kaleb Barbour, Abbygail Morton, Ava Sheridan, Anthony Sheridan Jr., Dakota Short, Jacob Fligg, Kianna Morton, Mystic Morton, Grace Burns, Barton Burns and her first great grandchild Autumn Bent.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 2 ^nd from 5-7pm at Stringer Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Friday, February 3 ^rd at 11am at Stringer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
