Caroline Emily Plourde, 92, longtime resident of Claremont, NH. passed away on February 9, 2022, at Sullivan County Health Care in Unity, NH.

Caroline was born on July 15, 1929, in Worcester, MA., the daughter of Cecil and Caroline (Supernor) Scribner.

Caroline is survived by her sons, Herbert J. Plourde Jr. and his wife Linda, Richard M. Plourde and his wife Evelyn, and Steven M. Plourde and his wife Patty, her sisters in law, Madeline Davis, and Loretta White, Coleen Scruton and her brother-in-law Fred Scruton.  Eight grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Caroline was predeceased by her husband, Herbert J. Plourde whom she married on June 26, 1948, her parents, her sister Norma Plourde, two brothers, Albert Scribner and Cecil Scribner and her brother-in-law Maurice White.

A graveside service for Caroline will be held in the West Claremont burying ground in the Spring of 2022. (To be announced)
