Carolyn A. Maranville passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026 at Valley Regional Hospital after a period of failing health weeks shy of her 84th birthday.  Carolyn was born March 25, 1942 in Claremont, NH, the daughter of Leo Sr. and Harriet Lawrence.

Carolyn was predeceased by her husband A-J who passed in October 2025 as well as her two brothers Leo and Albert Lawrence. She is survived by her son A-J Maranville III of Claremont and daughter Julie Maranville of Arlington, Ma as well as her three beloved grandchildren Dylan, Kendall and Crew as well as many nieces and nephews.

She attended Stevens High School and graduated in 1960 and very much looked forward to her Alumni class reunions.    She attended Bryant College in Providence. R.I graduating in 1964.  Retuning to Claremont she worked until she was 79 for the Insurance Center formerly known as the Robert Michaud Insurance Agency which later became known as the Michaud and Sammon Insurance Center.

Carolyn was a proud grandmother and looked forward to spending time with her 3 grandchildren.   They loved spending their time in NH outside getting into everything possible.  She also greatly looked forward to her "Girls Nights" spending endless hours with her close friends Gloria, Irene and Arlene, the Golden Girls.  She was an avid gardener and loved planting and maintaining her enormous flower gardens.

Per her family's wishes there will be no service at this time.  A celebration will be held at a later date for both Carolyn and A-J Jr.
