David Alan Beland Sr. (5/4/48-4/6/24)

Born in Stowe, MA, and grew up with nine siblings.  He spent grade school in a neighborhood that would make Huck Finn envious.  He was happily married with Joyce (Ferland) for over 25 years.  His short battle with ALS, ended peacefully early in the morning.  Mornings were his favorite part of day.

His High School years were spent in Windsor, VT, as he lived on a farm in Cornish, NH.

He was one of the hardest and most meticulous workers there was.  He never once missed a day of work nor did he ever show up late.

He worked at Coke-Cola Distribution in Claremont, Cone-Blanchard Machine Company, The River's Edge Restaurant, and The Station House Restaurant, St.Pierre Inc., Norm Beaudry Construction, and Whelen Engineering Company, Inc.

He is survived by three siblings Shirley Mahar, Phillip Beland, Wayne Beland and numerous nieces -n- nephews.  His two surviving sons are Skip and Darrell.

Please make donations in his name to the ALS Association of N.H., and the Lions Club of Lebanon and Hanover.  These two organizations were a great help to him and his family.  His family would like send out a special Thank You to everyone that helped him during his/this horrible illness.

There will be a Celebration of Life at #5 Chase Circle in Charlestown, on 4/21/24, from noon until 5:00ish.  If you knew Dave, please come by.
