Elaine Kirkpatrick, 81 of Claremont, NH passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center surrounded by her family.

She was born August 16, 1942, the daughter of Levi L. And Emily C. (Sargeant) Blake Sr.

Elaine graduated from Steven's High School. She worked alongside her mother at Dartmouth Woolen Mill for many years. She than became a hairdresser which she enjoyed immensely. She retired from Whelen Engineering Co.

She is survived by her two daughters; Bonnie Kirkpatrick, Lebanon, NH; Kelly Simpson and her husband, Jerry, Unity, NH; one son; Scott Kirkpatrick; Claremont, NH. three grandson; Justin Kirkpatrick of Claremont, NH, Joseph Sajnacki of Lempster, NH, Chase Kirkpatrick of San Diego CA; two granddaughters; Laura Sajnacki of Claremont, NH, Kaylee Kirkpatrick of San Diego, CA; six great grandchildren of which one of them Tristin Roy she shared a very special bond with. One brother Richard Blake and his wife Betty of Newport, NH. Also, many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, her brother Levi Blake Jr, and sister Carolyn Blake.

Calling hours will be Sunday April 28, at Stringers Funeral Home in Claremont, NH from 4-6pm. A graveside service will be held Monday April 29, at 11am at the West Claremont Burying Grounds. The family invites you to gather after the service at the Claremont County Country Club, 53 Country Club Rd, Claremont, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name and memory can be made to the Claremont Soup Kitchen.
