Frances A. Quinlan, 57, of Charlestown, NH passed away on April 11, 2022 at home after a long battle with emphysema.

Frances was born on November 28, 1964, the first to arrive in this world and was followed by her identical twin sister. The daughter of Alice Marie and John J. Quinlan Sr, whom have both predeceased her.

She leaves three children, Jessica Auclaire of MA, Arianna Quinlan and significant other, James and Steven Quinlan and significant other, Sarah all of Springfield, VT; three sisters, her identical twin, Edith Quinlan of Charlestown, Kathy Tagaglione and her husband, William of Cranston, RI, and Vivian Sawyer and her husband, Jeremy of Windsor, VT; two brothers, Leonard Tessier and his wife, Rose of North Providence, RI, and John J. Quinlan of Providence, RI. She had six grandchildren whom she adored and loved spending as much time as possible with, Tyler, Lexi, Janiah, Reilly, James and Oakley all of Springfield, VT and special friend, Nancy Muskelly of Charlestown.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Richard Quinlan and Charles O'Leary.

Frances was a homemaker for most of her life, she took great pride in her family raising her 3 children. She was very proud of them all. She was a compassionate and caring person, if someone needed a place to rest their head or food, clothes or whatever her door was always open. If she didn't have it, she would find it. She enjoyed the simple things in life, she loved being outdoors on a sunny day, sitting and enjoying her iced coffee which she loved. She would listen to the birds singing, but most of all, she loved the quietness. She liked to play cribbage and Yahtzee, she loved winning but was always gracious when she lost. Her smile and laugh were contagious, you couldn't help but smile and laugh back. She brightened up every room when she walked in.

As per her wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held on May 7, 2022 at the Charlestown Old Town Hall, 29 Summer Street in Charlestown from 1 to 4PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society.
