Gary St. Aubin, 67, retired 20 yrs. Marine passed away March 21, 2024 at his home in Claremont peacefully with his best friend by his side.

Born in Claremont on Dec. 11, 1956 son of Theodore and Irene (pike) St.Aubin.

He was a member of the VFW Post 808and the Claremont American Legion.

He served in the Marine Corp from 1974 to 1994 retiring at the rank of MGySgt. He was a highly decorated Marine, hardcore on the outside but also had a softer side not many have seen. He lived in Marion Illinois working in antique vehicles and tree service in his spare time. He later returned to Claremont as this was his home. He also retired from Ruger in Newport NH in 2019.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, his son Gary Joseph jr, sister Sandra Nash, brother Brett and 2 grandsons.

He is survived by by his two daughters, Danielle Buchanan (Mike) in Alabama and Sarah St.Aubin (Luke) in Indiana. He also has 6 grandchildren and one great grandchild. His brother Terry St.Aubin of unity and sister Donna in Florida.

There will be a celebration of life on Wednesday March 27 the at the Claremont American Legion from 1200-1600 (noon-4 pm)
