Haskell L. Benware (Lee) passed away on October 26, 2023 following a long illness. Lee was born in Springfield, VT on December 19, 1945 to Haskell (Cub) and Sarah (Osgood) Benware. Lee was predeceased by his parents, his wife of 28 years Judith (Fowler) Benware, brother in laws, Perry Howard and Bob Merrill. Lee is survived by his sisters, Rose Merrill, Carol Howard, Debra Harvey (Floyd), and brother Kim Benware (Nancy), Step daughters Julie and Penny Champney, grandsons Brandon and Ricky Coull, and Kevin and Michael Hoague, and granddaughter Nicole Stearns, 10 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Lee lived in Charlestown his whole life working in paving and construction. Lee enjoyed fishing and hunting. Per his request, there will be no visiting hours.
