Henry Mark Petrin, 95, of Claremont, NH passed away on July 27, 2023. He was a lifelong resident of Claremont, NH, born on September 3, 1927. The son of Albert Ovid and Flora (Joyal) Petrin. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the US Navy. He retired in 1990 from Arlington Sample Book Company in Newport where he worked for 3 years and previously worked thirty-five years as a machinist and machine repairman for Joy Manufacturing Company. He was a member of the AARP and the Senior Citizens and was a former member of the Knights of Columbus, the American Legion and Polish American Citizens Club. He was also a parishioner of St. Mary's Church. He enjoyed woodcarving, gardening, taking care of his home and he loved to travel.

His surviving family includes numerous nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his wife, Martha Marie (Michaud) Petrin whom he married on September 1, 1962; five brothers. George Petrin, Leon Petrin. Origene Petrin, Vital Petrin and Victor Petrin; four sisters, Roseline Poutre, Anna Routhier, Gertrude Provencher and Clemente Derosier.

Visiting hours will take place at Stringer Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 1st from 4-6PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, August 2nd at 11 AM. Burial will follow in St Mary Cemetery.
