Judy E. (Rowe) Kinney went to be with the Lord at 3PM on Thursday, June 20,2024 at Jack Byrne Center in Lebanon, NH. She was born February 13, 1948 in Newport, VT, the daughter of Wayne and Ida (Chaput) Rowe. She graduated valedictorian of her high school class from Charlestown High in 1966.

She enjoyed sewing, singing and dancing throughout the house. Her favorite place to be was by the water. She had fond memories of traveling on vacation in her youth, visiting family in Newport, VT, and going to the drive in. She was a devout Catholic and enjoyed a deep spiritual walk throughout her life. Her greatest love was her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Jeffrey N. Kinney and wife, Monika; two daughters, Chantel R. Thibodeau and husband, Jeffrey, and Melissa M. Ayotte and husband, Brian; eight grandchildren, Nichole Matthews, Autumn Thibodeau, Jeffrey Kinney Jr., Emily Watson, Brianna and Michelle Ayotte, Logan and Kaleb Kinney; nine great grandchildren, Austin, Kaylee and Trinity Matthews, Jordan and Naomi Colson, Lilly Kinney and Richard, Rowan and Rhett Watson. Her siblings, Rene Rowe and wife, Sharon, Wayne Rowe and wife, Emily, Sandra Tremblay and husband, JC and brother-in-Law, Richard Brown. She is survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, brother, Albert Rowe, sister, Joanne Brown, her husband, Herbert (Skip) N. Kinney, and two children, Deborah A. Kinney and Douglas M. Kinney.

A Catholic Mass will be held on Monday, July 1st at 11 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Charlestown, NH. Burial will follow at St. Catherine Cemetery.
