Karl Richards passed away on July 29, 2025, after a long period of failing health.

He was born on October 25, 1956, to Chester and Lucille (Lemieux) Richards of Claremont, NH.

Karl graduated from Stevens High School and went on to work at Mt. Ascutney Hospital in the environmental department.  After many years of service, he retired with pride and numerous awards.

Karl enjoyed nature, in particular fishing, which led to many delicious dishes.  His affection for cooking produced many recipes which have been passed down through the years and will remain a family treasure.

He is predeceased by his parents, one brother, Chad Richards and grandparents, Louis and Gertrude Lemieux, Sr.

Karl is survived by one son, Kraig Richards of Newport, NH, and one sister, Karen Howard and her husband, Rick and many cousins.

A private service will be held for the family at a later date.
