Lillian T. Picard, 92, of Claremont, NH passed away on April 30, 2026.

She was born in Claremont, NH on October 30, 1933 the daughter of Alcee and Cecile (Potvin) Provencher.

She attended St Mary's School and Stevens High School.

For many years, she worked at JJ Newbury, Woolworths and Jiffy Mart on Elm Street as a cashier. She was a communicant of St Joseph Church where she was a member of the Altar Society and taught CCD for 10 years. She enjoyed working on Sport's Night and the Lawn party but especially bingo.

On June 25, 1955, she married Edward Picard.

She enjoyed crocheting, shopping, puzzles and spending time with her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband in 2007; her parents, a sister and an infant son.

She is survived by her son, Gary; a grandson, Troy Picard and two God-daughters, Linda Rioux and Jennifer Daignault; three nieces and two nephews.

A graveside service will be held at St Mary Cemetery in Claremont on Monday, May 4th at 1PM.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth or St Judes Children Research Hospital.
