Martha Ladeau, known as Marty, passed away on December 25, 2025, after a long battle with health challenges. She will be remembered for her quick wit, her love of cats, camping, music, horses, and, above all, her devotion to family. Marty is survived by her husband of 57 years, Neal Ladeau; her daughters, Kathy Ladeau of Claremont, NH, and Kim Hirsch and her family of Brimfield, MA; and three cherished granddaughters, Natasha and Tabitha of Claremont, and Madison of Massachusetts, who were the light of her life.

Calling hours will be held at Stringers Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street, Claremont, NH, on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 2–4 p.m. A private burial will take place in the spring. In place of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Marty's name to the American Cancer Society or the Sullivan County Humane Society, 14 Tremont Street, Claremont, NH.
