Mary A. Ingalls, born on November 2, 1949, in Claremont, NH, passed away on August 9, 2025. She was a graduate of Newport High School, class of 1967. Mary married Carl G. Ingalls III on August 4, 1989, in Claremont. Her career included 13 years at Dartmouth/Homestead Woolen Mill, 5 years at Sturm Ruger, and 19 years as a Medical Support Assistant at Veterans Affairs in White River Junction, VT.

Mary is survived by her children, Chad Fairbanks of Depere, WI, and Kimberly Fairbanks of Claremont, NH; her half sisters, Doreen (Philip) Briggs of New London, NH, and Eileen (John) Barton of Newport, NH; her half brother, Frank Santaw (Christine) of Newport, NH; her granddaughters, Morgan, Caitlin, and Kristen; her great-grandsons, Danian, Roanin, Griffith, and Finley; her great-granddaughters, Avery, Allison, and Phyper; and her step-son, James Fairbanks. She was predeceased by her parents, Melvin F. and Earline D. (Sargent) Santaw.

A burial service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 11 AM.
