Nancy Jane Mack, 81 of Charlestown, NH passed away on 25 August 2024.  She was born in Westen Vermont on January 16, 1943 and was the seventh born of 20 Children.  Her parents were Clara and Hugh Colburn.

Nancy was a devoted wife and a fierce protector of the family.  She never judged her family and always displayed unconditional Love, even when things did not align with her beliefs, you could always count on her to show empathy and give comfort and understanding

Nancy worked for and retired from Proctor and Gamble.  She was a 35-year employee and raised three children; Kelly Poison of South Carolina, Carl Mack of Virginia and Carrie Harris of Maine.  Nancy enjoyed traveling during her retirement with her husband of 62 years, Carl Mack of Charlestown NH.  Nancy is survived by nine brothers and sisters, her husband, three children, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Nancy had many interests including collecting special dishes, Christmas ornaments, organizing photographs and bossing Carl around!  She loved garden fresh vegetables and being outdoors and enjoying her many walks.  She was a force on the walking trail and hard to keep up with.

Nancy was adventurous and was always up to trying new things that were out of her comfort zone.  She had a natural aptitude for technology and even offered to teach her coworkers how to operate the computer s used for training at P&G.

Nancy was a generous person and would always give more than she could ever expect to receive back but she never expected anything in return.  She gave it willingly and freely.  She would stand up for people who were less fortunate than herself.

Nancy will be missed by her family and anybody she ever interacted with.

Services will be held at the Charlestown Memorial Chapel, 34 Main Street, Charlestown NH, on Friday, 30 AUG 2024 at 11 AM.  Doors to the chapel will open at 10 AM.  If you knew Nancy, please join us in her celebration of life.
