Patricia Baker, 77, of Haines City, Florida and formerly of Charlestown, New Hampshire, left this earth on June 30, 2025.

Born on February 3, 1948 in Claremont, New Hampshire, Patricia was a devoted wife and creative spirit.  She and her husband, Bob, shared many wonderful years together and, in their later chapter of life, built a welcoming new community of friends in Haines City.

Patricia was a long-time loyal employee of the Sturm Ruger company in Newport, New Hampshire.  For nearly thirty years she assisted others as a customer service representative.  Patricia had a passion for knitting and crocheting, using her skills to create beautiful handmade items that she regularly donated to children. Whether it was a soft blanket, slippers or a cheerful hat, her work brought comfort and joy to countless young lives.

She is survived by her husband Robert Baker, her daughter Becky Herrington and her husband John Herrington of Green Valley, Arizona, her brother Richard Ruest and sister-in-law Jacqui Ruest of Ludlow, Massachusetts, her step-daughter Jennifer Joyner and granddaughters Jade and Aniyah of Northfield, Vermont, her granddaughter Brandy Ward and her partner Justin Kastanko of Lee, New Hampshire, her niece Andrea Ruest of Indian Orchard, Massachusetts and nephew Anthony Ruest and his wife Heather Ruest of Green Cove Springs, Florida, and was preceded in death by her daughter Sheri Hess of Davenport, Florida and her grandson Tyler Howard of Peterborough, New Hampshire.

Patricia's kindness, creativity, and saucy attitude will be remembered and cherished by all who knew her. Her handmade gifts and heartfelt friendships were lasting testaments to a life well lived.

A graveside service will be held in West Claremont Burying Ground in Claremont on Thursday, August 28th at 1PM.
