Patricia "Patti" Creem, 79, of Unity New Hampshire died peacefully on Sunday, March 17, 2024. She was born in Connecticut on July 1, 1944, the daughter of John and Mary (Cinquanta) Balzcrowski and resided in Connecticut until moving to Unity, New Hampshire in 1999. She worked at Yale New Haven Hospital most of her RN career until transferring to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center where she continued her nursing career until retirement.

Although she loved the beach and growing up in Stony Creek, she always dreamed of living in the country and having her cow, Abigail. She loved writing poetry and had her book "Nana's Words of Wisdom" published in 2007. She was very passionate about life. Her happy place was with her family and close friends. She was a Member of the Newport Senior Center where she had many friends and loved calling Bingo.

She leaves behind her husband of 60 years, Charles W. Creem, three daughters, Stephanie R. Crosby and her husband Raymond of Acworth,NH, Beth A. Bristol and her husband Robert of Sterling CT, and Kimberly M. Carrier and her husband Lucas of Lempster, NH.; six grandchildren, Brendan Crosby and his wife Aislinn of Stoddard, NH,, Collin Crosby and his wife Mollie of Alstead, NH,, Bria Swabby and her husband Jared of Woodstock, CT.,Casey Bristol and his wife Hailey of Broad Brook, CT., Kylah Carrier of Lempster NH., and Falynn Bristol of Bloomsburg, PA.; six great-grandchildren, Owen, Brexton, Brock, Cole, Vivian and Mac.; several nieces and nephews that she held dear to her heart.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Ronald E. Marcello of CT and Robert J. Marcello of CA. A Mass in her honor will be held at St. Joseph's Church Claremont, NH on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Center Cemetery in Unity New Hampshire. A Celebration of Life will follow at their home in Unity.
