Patricia L. Hamel, of Claremont, NH passed away peacefully on April 15, 2024 in Lebanon, NH.

She was born in Claremont on April 17, 1947, the daughter of James and Ruth Moody.

Patricia was a secretary for Visiting Nurses and Hospice of VT & NH. She enjoyed camping at Loon Lake, kayaking, making flower arrangements and trips to Maine, she loved to be anywhere near a beach or ocean.

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Hamel; granddaughters, Samantha Miller, Alyssa Hamel, Morgan Hamel, and Miranda Miller; great grandsons, Kamden Howe, Easton Howe and Braxton Morgan; stepsons, Shawn Hamel and Michael Hamel; daughter-in-law, Linda Burrows and father-in-law, Roger Hamel.

She was predeceased by her parents, daughter, Rebecca Clark and mother-in-law, Pauline Hamel.

Visiting hours will be held at Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Tuesday, April 23rd from 4 to 6PM. A service by the Order of Eastern Star will be at 5:30PM. Burial will be held privately in the West Claremont Burying Ground.
