The family of Peter Lee wishes to announce his passing following a period of failing health on March 22, 2023.

Peter was born on March 16, 1948, in Orange, New Jersey to Peter Enderle and Jane Sauter and later adopted by William and Dorothy Lee.

He resided in Montclair, NJ during his grammar school years.  He then attended St. John's preparatory school in Danvers, MA and graduated with honors in 1967.

He further attended Springfield College & Boston University earning several master's degrees.

Peter was employed as chief of treatment services in the department of health & human services for the state of Vermont until his retirement in 2011.  He previously was employed by west central services in Claremont, serving as a substance abuse counselor.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Lee of Claremont, his brother, William Rielly of NJ, his sister, Lois Shafer of NC, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Per Peter's wishes there will be no services at this time.
