Phyllis J. McKenney passed away on April 5, 2023 after a period of failing health. She was 101 years old.

She was a longtime resident of Claremont and Cornish, NH. More recently she was a resident of Sullivan County Health Care.

She was born on the family farm in Wheelock, VT on June 27, 1921, where she grew up until the family moved to Cornish, NH in 1937. Her parents were John P. Rock and Sarah G. (Randall) Rock.

Phyllis retired from Goodyear in 1976.

She was predeceased by her husband, William McKenney; brothers, Phillip Rock, Cedric Rock, Russell Rock, and John Rock; sisters, Margaret (Duval) Mace and Charlotte Brooks.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Mary Church in Claremont on Thursday, April 13 ^th at 10:30AM with Rev. John Loughnane officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
