Raymond Sherman passed away at Keene Medical after an illness on November 14th, 2023. He was born on December 9, 1937.

Raymond was an Army man and proud Veteran. After the Army he worked at St. Johnsbury trucking as a diesel mechanic until he retired.

Ray was predeceased by his wife Charlotte Sherman after celebrating 50 years of marriage. He is survived by his children, Raymond Sherman of Charlestown, NH and Tammy Pierson of Glastonbury, CT; grandchildren, Britney, Thomas and Caitlin Pierson; and great grandchildren, Jet, Ryan, and Landry.

He also leaves behind 3 younger brothers, Robert, Richard, and Ronnie all of Florida.  We love him and will miss him dearly.

Calling hours will be held at stringer Funeral Home on Friday, November 17th from 4 to 5PM with a memorial service at 5PM. Burial be at a later date at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph, VT.
