Robert Bruce Bruzik

The Lord called Robert Bruce Bruzik (Bob) home on May 12, 2026. Born in New Britain, Connecticut on March 15, 1933, he was the son of the late Michael and Ann (Kuchick) Bruzik. Robert was a veteran of The United States Army and was a member of the American Legion for many years. He received a degree from the University of Connecticut and became a devoted teacher for many years. After retiring from teaching, he was a very successful insurance broker, being one of 10% from 4,000 agents in the country.

Bob was a very special man who always brought a smile to you face whenever he was around. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to make everyone laugh. He was a huge sports fan, an avid skier and dancer, and enjoyed traveling, cruising, and spending time with his beloved fiancé, Wesleyanne and friends. His truly eternal best friend was his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Bob was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Michael B. Bruzik, and niece, Susan E. Bruzik.

He is survived by his fiancé, his sister and nephew of VT, his son, Robert and grandson Robert Bruzik of CT, and his daughter, Deborah of CT, and his nephews, Michael, Mark, Robert, Scott, and David Bruzik of CT.
