Ronald Erisman, having attained the remarkable age of 95 years, departed this life on January 11, 2025. Ronald is survived by his son Aaron and wife Kathleen, daughter Rebecca and husband Raymond Adams, son Andrew and wife Cheryl, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, three descendants in the fourth generation as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Ronald was born in Mt. Kisco, New York on December 12, 1929, the son of Herman and Emily Reynolds Erisman and younger brother of Winifred Michaels. He lived much of his youth in Katonah, New York. There he was born anew of the Holy Spirit, receiving Christ Jesus as his personal Savior. After serving in the United States Army Medical Corps, with a posting in Europe, he studied Christian ministry at Trinity College in Clearwater, Florida. There he met and married Priscilla Haynes.

Following his graduation from college, Ronald and Priscilla moved to North Charlestown, New Hampshire. Ronald worked at various occupations to provide for his family, but his passion was serving Calvary Baptist Church as a deacon and youth leader. Ronald frequented work days for a youth camp operated by Child Evangelism Fellowship of New Hampshire. In later years he invested many hours establishing hiking and riding trails for the camp. Ronald enjoyed painting and photographing landscapes. He treasured friendships with former coworkers, neighbors, and others encountered in his course of life.

Dad's life was not notable for the comfort that he enjoyed but for his faithfulness. We believe that, having left time behind, he has seen the fulfillment of what was foreseen by the apostle James: "Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him."

A memorial service for Ronald and Priscilla (who passed away August 16, 2020) will be held on February 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church.. Anyone wishing to make a memorial gift for them is encouraged to contribute to Calvary Baptist Church Help Fund which is used by the deacons to help people within the church meet financial emergencies.
