Rosemary Ann Hoy, 46 years-old, of Claremont, NH passed away on April 18th, 2026, after a brief illness. Rosemary was born in Springfield, VT, the daughter of Walter and Debra Hoy.

Rosemary "Princess" Hoy was a young woman with an intellectual disability who loved everyone she encountered, often referring to all as her friends. She was a beautiful lady, inside and out and brought a lot of joy everywhere she went.

Rosie loved Special Olympics and competed with her local team, the Claremont Cool Cats. She earned many gold medals in bowling, bocce and snowshoeing. Rosie loved her friends and teammates very much.

She was also a member of the King's Table, a ministry for people with disabilities, part of Remix Church, and her friends there were like family to her.

An avid crafter, she loved trips to the store to purchase more. She enjoyed giving away her completed creations to her friends and family.

The passion and excitement for every holiday was infectious. And every summer she would attend camp. Her excitement and planning starting months in advance.

Remaining to cherish Rosie's memory are her "Sissy" Becca Stickney and "Trevor-in-law" Stickney, her niece and nephew, Autumn and Sean Stickney, mom Doris Fox, brother Peter Towle, Aunts Judy Parkinson and Donna Ruel, Aunt Betty and Uncle Hank Sipple, as well as biological family.

A celebration of Rosie's life will be held at Remix Church in Charlestown, NH on May 30th from 2pm – 4pm.

Memorial donations in Rosemary's name can be made to the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA): Dedicated to comprehensive brain tumor research, education, and patient support.
