Tess Rose Johnson, born May 11th 1998, age 22, of Charlestown, passed away on May 1st from a single car accident. Tess was a person with the world's most heartwarming laughter and she loved to make other people laugh. She was clever, kind, generous, and beautiful in every way. For many people she was a person that felt like home; no matter where or what had happened it always felt so comfortable to be with her. Her favorite hobbies were finding cool rocks, struggling to complete puzzles, drawing her friends, petting dogs, watching movies starring Matthew Lillard, and buying her twin sister coffee and little gifts. Tess made doing chores, running errands, doctors appointments, and other boring things incredibly fun. She truly was a beacon of light and love for everyone around her. Tess is survived by her identical twin sister, Sadie (Sara) K Johnson; her brother, Walter H Johnson III; father, Walter H Johnson Jr; mother, Darcy L Johnson; aunt, Karen S Davis (Merrill); uncle, Todd Merrill; maternal grandparents, Rose (Penny) Merrill and Robert (Bob) Merrill. There will be a private funeral service on Wednesday May 12th with close friends and family. The burial will take place at some point in the near future, after the urn arrives, and a celebration of life will follow the burial.
