Tessie M. Kostandin, 73, of Claremont, NH passed away peacefully surrounded by her children, Sunday November 17, 2024 in Keene, NH.

She was born in Concord, NH  on October 11, 1951, the daughter of Rosina and Michael Kostandin.

A graduate of Concord High School, she spent most of her life as a resident in Claremont, NH.  Here she worked at various jobs including, among others, Shirley's Donuts, Encore Shoe and Valley Regional Hospital.

She was predeceased by her mother Rosina, father Michael, step father Earl Perkins and stepson Artie Desilets.

Tessie is survived by her three brothers, John Kostandin and his wife Debbie of Utah, Ted Kostandin and wife Susan of Hempstead, NH, Michael Kostandin and wife Eileen of Somersworth NH and nieces and nephews.  Also survived by her four children, Sherrea A.M. Dow of Claremont, Michael Gorey Paré of Madbury NH, Candy Magoon and wife Liberty of Claremont NH, and Danny Upton Jr and his wife Misty of Claremont NH.  Also survived by her grandchildren Heather Dow, Corey Austin, Jennifer Nichols, Jesse Dow, Shea Ramaker, Nathalie Paré, Kaden Paré, Chase Sanborn, Rhiannon Hull, Korin Wheeler, Carmella Grimard, Parker Upton, Carter Upton, Gabrielle Williams, Megan Palardy, and Eden Boardman.  Additionally, Tessie's fifteen great grandchildren are Kale, Emily, Liam, Jaimeson, Jesse, Samara, Damion, Karizma, Abel, Wyatt, Leo, Brooklyn, Dahlia, Blakeley, and Salem.

She will be missed dearly, was loved very much and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. - "You are my sunshine".

Calling hours are Friday, November 22 from Noon to 2 p.m. at Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad St, Claremont, NH.  In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any assistance for funeral costs.
