Theresa D. St. Pierre, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Sullivan County Health Care.  She was born on July 19, 1927 in Fitchburg Massachusetts, the daughter of Diane (LeBlanc) Harvey and Leopold Harvey.  Theresa grew up just south of Boston in North Weymouth Massachusetts.

Before moving to Claremont in 1964 with her husband, Joseph C. St. Pierre, she worked for several companies in the Boston area as a personal secretary at Proctor and Gamble, Sheraton Hotels, and Bank of Boston.  She also sang semi-professionally on stage in the Boston area from 1942 to 1962.

After moving to Claremont, she became involved with the choir at St. Mary's church.  Her hobbies seemed limitless including cooking, sewing, gardening, furniture repair, refinishing, and reupholstering,

Theresa was very proud of her family.  Surviving members of her family include her daughter Carol Jardine, and grandson Marcus Jardine, of Claremont; granddaughter Heather (Jardine) Zarubaiko along with husband Ted and great grandchildren Hailey and Riley who live in Brentwood, N.H.

Theresa was predeceased by her husband, parents, 5 brothers, and 3 sisters.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to St. Mary's church as Theresa's religion was another important aspect of her life.
