Winfield Scott Call III(also known by many as Sonny), passed away on April 24, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. Winfield was born in Elliot Maine on October 19,1935. On July 16, 1954, he married his one true love, Ruth, who he has missed dearly since her passing December 30, 2024. His loved ones take comfort in knowing Winfield and Ruth are together again and his broken heart has been mended. Along with being a caring husband for 70 plus years, he was a wonderful Brother, Father and Beepa to many including his sisters Sandy Bishop and Marie LaClair, sister-in-laws Nancy Jaastad and Frances Haley, his son Winfield (Scott) Call IV/Michelle Robidoux, daughter Cheryl Call Knight/Doug Teegarden, son Duane Call Sr/Cathy Call, son Brian Call Sr/Liza Guerrette, daughter Erica Call-Ouellette/Gabriel Ouellette Jr., grandchildren Rhonda, Skyla, Winfield (Scott) V, David, Heather, Jessica, Sherry, Tara, Duane Jr., Amanda, Brian Jr., Jennifer, Nicholas, and Timothy, 28 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. In Winfield's earlier days he took great pride in working side by side with his father and grandfather building houses. Later on Winfield could be found working behind a steering wheel of some sort whether it be long distance tractor trailer hauls, dumptruck and plowtruck operating, livestock or equipment transporting or after he retired he could often be found on his good friend, Harold Morse's farm tractor in a hay field or he would be out and about on his four-wheeler or side-by-side mending fences or visiting and having fun with family. Winfield was the founder of Lucky Penny Pony Rides and responsible for bringing lots of happiness to the children and families that got to enjoy their time with the ponies.

Per Winfield and Ruth's wishes there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
